• My first tighening of the braces

   Yesterday, was my first tightening of my braces. I am so overwhelmed with joy because if you notice of the picture under "The Transformation" photo folder thingy you will see a big difference on the "crockedness" of my teeth I am going to get teeth all the celebrities out there.....AHHHHHHH! I can't wait. I feel like crying....I'm going to have beautiful teeth - btw I have them off (FOR GOOD) in October 2010 and then I have to wear a lame retainer....but.....only at night so I'll have to build a bridge and get over it.....right.

  Well, what happened was I went to the Orthodontist and sat in the seat the musta been writing a book cuz they were asking loads of questions....any problems....no......do you like them.....no not really etc. etc. so anyways I lead back and I had to wear those funny glasses thingys (don't have the foggiest why) and he was playing with my teeth and then he got to work. I picked a colour and they are.......DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!!!!!!!! Red & Blue (and white - my teeth) in honour the 4th July celebration over in America ("America, America, God do-be-do-be-do....yeah get the message. lol.) So yes I picked the colours of the Star Spangled Banner in honour of my "American Dudes" (you know who you are...please don't make me name all of them...I'll be here aaaaaaaaaaaaaages). The othro-whatsit said I can't eat anything tomato based or curry ect. bcuz I have these funny white thingys on the brackets to close the gaps. But I will eat Curry etc. I'll just have to brish my teeth RIGHT after........

  I'm glad I took my pastors wife advice on the whole brace thingy bcuz I am gonna get nice teeth one day....like all the celebrites......

  This was taken about 15mins ago. So I've had them tightenedfor about 2 days now. I thought I'd be in pain like all the time, but, I haven't. My teeth are a little tender but hopefully the tenderness will subsuide by tomorrow at 3pm as I am going to a 4th of July party. o! maybe today so I have a a scary snake at TreeHouse....that would be good. lol. lol. lol. lol. lol.

     

  P.S My teeth are a little tender when I bite all the way down but nothing major.....Thank God for Paracentamol and Ibaprofin....ah!
